Online Fee Payment Terms & Conditions

When you pay a school, college, or tuition centre fee online through GenixEdu, you are paying that institution directly for its educational services. Each institution registers and maintains its own merchant account with our payment gateway partner and authorises GenixEdu, operated by TRONICGEN (PVT) LTD, to process payments through it on their behalf; funds are settled directly to the institution's own account. GenixEdu provides the payment page and processing technology only — it is not the seller of the educational service itself.

Online card and bank payments are processed securely through our licensed Sri Lankan payment gateway partner, PayHere, using each institution's own merchant credentials. TRONICGEN (PVT) LTD does not store your full card details — these are handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with its own security standards.

On a successful payment, a confirmation is recorded against the student's account and shown in-app. If a payment is deducted but does not appear as received, contact TRONICGEN (PVT) LTD support at genixedu@tronicgen.com with your payment reference so it can be investigated.

You are responsible for confirming the correct student, invoice, or fee reference before submitting payment. GenixEdu and the institution are not liable for a payment misdirected due to an incorrect reference entered by the payer.

Fee amounts, due dates, and payment schedules are set solely by each institution — GenixEdu does not set, negotiate, or waive fees on an institution's behalf.

Refund eligibility for a paid fee is decided by the institution, not GenixEdu. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
